Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026. These terms govern My IV Nurse mobile IV hydration, vitamin injections, NAD+ therapy, and concierge nursing services.
Eligibility, Safety, and Payment
- Adults must provide accurate health information and follow nurse instructions; minors require guardian consent and presence.
- Some medical conditions or pregnancy may require physician clearance or make treatment inappropriate.
- Prices are in U.S. dollars, include complimentary Pinellas County dispatch, and are generally not billed to insurance.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead; late cancellations may incur a $50 fee and no-shows may incur the full fee.
- Treatments are not refundable after an IV or injection begins. If a nurse decides treatment is unsafe before it starts, no treatment fee is charged.
- Memberships have an initial three-month commitment and may be cancelled afterward according to the membership terms.
