Frequently Asked Questions
- What is mobile IV therapy?
- Mobile IV therapy delivers essential vitamins, minerals, and hydration directly into your bloodstream via an intravenous line. Because we come to your home, office, or hotel, you receive clinical-grade wellness treatments in a comfortable, private environment.
- Who administers the IVs and treatments?
- All treatments are administered exclusively by fully licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) with extensive backgrounds in ER or ICU care. They operate under the direct protocols of our board-certified Medical Director.
- How long does an appointment take?
- A typical IV hydration session takes about 45 to 60 minutes from setup to completion. Standalone vitamin injections take less than 15 minutes. We advise allocating a little extra time for your first visit for a brief medical assessment.
- Do you accept insurance?
- We are a strictly private-pay, concierge service. We do not bill health insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. However, we can provide an itemized receipt upon request if you wish to submit it to your HSA/FSA provider for potential reimbursement.
